§ 1. General provisions

  1. These terms set out the rules for using the website relaystudio.pl and the electronic services provided through it, in accordance with the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.
  2. The service provider is Kamil Maludziński, a sole trader operating as Cloud Gate Kamil Maludziński, ul. Wielicka 113 lok. 68, 30-552 Kraków, VAT ID (NIP) 6793197502, REGON 385699504, registered in the Polish Central Register of Business Activity (CEIDG).
  3. Contact: email kontakt@relaystudio.pl, phone +48 604 508 674.
  4. By using the website you accept these terms. The terms are available free of charge on this page.

§ 2. Definitions

  • Website — relaystudio.pl and its subpages.
  • User — anyone using the Website.
  • Client — a sole trader, legal entity or organisational unit that signs an Implementation Contract with the provider.
  • Consumer — a natural person entering into a transaction not directly related to their business or profession.
  • Sole trader with consumer rights — a natural person signing a contract directly related to their business, where the contract shows it is not of a professional nature for them (Art. 385⁵ of the Polish Civil Code).
  • Electronic Services — the services described in § 3.
  • Implementation Contract — a contract for configuring, implementing, integrating, auditing or maintaining systems (including HubSpot and Twilio), concluded outside the Website in accordance with § 6.

§ 3. Electronic services

  1. The provider offers the following Electronic Services free of charge:
    • access to the Website content, including information about services and prices,
    • a contact form for sending enquiries,
    • booking a call through an online calendar (where available on the Website).
  2. The contract for access to content starts when you open the Website and ends when you leave it.
  3. The contract for using the contact form or calendar starts when you submit the form or booking and is performed once we reply or hold the call. You can withdraw at any time by emailing kontakt@relaystudio.pl.

§ 4. Technical requirements and risks

  1. You need a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) with JavaScript enabled and, for the form and calendar, an active email address.
  2. Using electronic services involves typical risks such as malware, phishing and interception of data in transit. The Website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS); we recommend keeping your software and antivirus up to date.
  3. We never ask for passwords or payment details through the form or by email. Ignore any message that does.

§ 5. Rules of use

  1. Users must use the Website in accordance with the law, these terms and good practice.
  2. Sending unlawful or offensive content, content infringing third-party rights, unsolicited commercial messages (spam), and any action that disrupts the Website are prohibited.
  3. By entering another person’s data in the form, you confirm you have a legal basis to share it.

§ 6. Information about our offer and contracts

  1. Information about services and prices on the Website is for information only and constitutes an invitation to enter into a contract, not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
  2. Prices shown as “from” are minimum net prices excluding VAT. The final price, scope and timeline are set out in an individual quote after a call with the Client.
  3. Implementation Contracts are concluded in writing or in documentary form (e.g. accepting a quote by email) and specify in particular the scope of work, fee, schedule, acceptance rules and warranty period.
  4. Where an Implementation Contract regulates a matter, it takes precedence over these terms.
  5. The provider issues VAT invoices. Licence and service fees of third-party vendors (e.g. HubSpot, Twilio) are paid by the Client directly to those vendors unless agreed otherwise.

§ 7. Complaints

  1. Complaints about the Electronic Services can be sent by email to kontakt@relaystudio.pl.
  2. A complaint should include contact details and a description of the issue. We reply within 14 days, to the email address it was sent from.
  3. Complaints about an Implementation Contract are handled under the terms of that contract.

§ 8. Consumers and sole traders

  1. Our offer is aimed at businesses. If a contract is concluded by a Consumer or a sole trader with consumer rights, they retain all rights under mandatory law, which these terms do not exclude or limit.
  2. A Consumer or sole trader with consumer rights who concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it without giving a reason within 14 days of conclusion, by emailing kontakt@relaystudio.pl. This right does not apply once the service has been fully performed with their express consent, given after being informed that they would lose the right of withdrawal. If, at their request, performance started before the deadline, they pay for services provided up to the withdrawal.
  3. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, including municipal or district consumer ombudsmen and permanent consumer arbitration courts at regional Trade Inspection offices. More information: uokik.gov.pl.

§ 9. Intellectual property

  1. Website content (texts, layout, graphics, code) is protected by copyright and belongs to the provider or is used under licence. Copying or distributing it without consent is prohibited, except as permitted by law.
  2. HubSpot, Twilio and other vendors’ names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to describe our services. The provider is not affiliated with them unless stated otherwise.

§ 10. Liability

  1. We make every effort to keep the Website available, but there may be temporary interruptions for technical reasons, updates or maintenance.
  2. Website content is general and is not legal, tax or technical advice for any specific situation.
  3. Towards Clients who are not Consumers or sole traders with consumer rights, the provider’s liability for use of the Website is limited to actual loss, excluding lost profits, unless the damage was caused intentionally. Liability under an Implementation Contract is governed by that contract.

§ 11. Personal data

The provider is the controller of Users’ personal data. Details are in our privacy policy.

§ 12. Final provisions

  1. The provider may amend these terms for important reasons, in particular changes in law or in the scope of the Electronic Services. Changes take effect 14 days after publication on the Website and do not affect services started earlier.
  2. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law.
  3. Disputes with Clients who are not Consumers or sole traders with consumer rights are resolved by the court competent for the provider’s registered address. Disputes with Consumers are resolved by the courts competent under general rules.
  4. These terms apply from 2026-10-13.
