We are a small, technical team. We configure HubSpot, Twilio and integrations for companies that want their sales and service processes to run without copying data by hand.

Who’s behind it

Relay Studio is run by Kamil Maludziński. Since 2022 he has run Cloud Gate Kamil Maludziński in Kraków, Poland, a business focused on cloud infrastructure and system integrations. Relay Studio is the part of it dedicated to CRM and customer communication.

We connect two worlds that often live apart: sales in HubSpot and the technical side of integrations. We set up pipelines and automations, connect SMS, WhatsApp and voice through Twilio, and when off-the-shelf tools aren’t enough, we build integrations on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or Cloudflare.

You talk directly to the person doing the work, with no middlemen and no handing your project off. We work remotely with companies across Poland and the EU, and we’re happy to meet in person in Kraków.
