Integrations on your own cloud
When Zapier isn’t enough, we build integrations on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Cloudflare or your own server.
- Timeline
- 2–4 weeks
- from
- 1,500 EUR net
- Tools
- AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Cloudflare, n8n
When it makes sense
- You send thousands of SMS a day and your Zapier or Make plan costs more than a server would.
- Your IT team or your customers require personal data to stay on your infrastructure.
- The integration needs logic that off-the-shelf tools don’t support.
- You need certainty that no lead or message is lost during a brief outage.
How we build it
Usually it’s a few small serverless functions: one receives the webhook from a form or Twilio, another writes to HubSpot, a third sends the alert. A queue sits between them, so a brief outage on either side delays data by a few minutes instead of losing it.
If you prefer a visual tool, we self-host n8n on your server. You get the convenience of Zapier while the data stays with you.
Which cloud to choose
The one your company already uses. If you don’t use any, for simpler integrations we recommend Cloudflare Workers: they start in milliseconds, need no server, and the free tier is usually enough. For lower volume with a visual editor, an affordable EU server (such as Hetzner) running n8n works well. For higher volume and stricter security requirements, AWS or Azure in a European region.
Cloudflare as a shield
Whichever cloud you use, we can put Cloudflare in front of your website and webhook endpoints. We configure DNS, SSL certificates, WAF rules, rate limiting and bot protection, so forms don’t flood your CRM with spam and public integration URLs aren’t an easy target.
Infrastructure costs
The cloud account is yours and you pay the provider directly. At typical volume, serverless functions cost a few to a few dozen euros a month. You get an estimate with the quote.
